No Visa Required for Ordinary Passport Holders
If you hold a valid ordinary passport from one of the countries below, you can visit Turkey without a visa. The length of stay depends on your nationality:

- Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize
- Canada, Chile, Denmark, Ecuador, Fiji, Finland, France
- Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region passports)
- Iceland, Iran, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kuwait
- Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Monaco, Morocco

- Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Indonesia, Macedonia, Romania, Slovenia

Transit Visas
Citizens of the countries listed above, including Bulgaria, do not need a transit visa to pass through Turkey. However, Bulgarian citizens must pay a transit fee based on a 1993 agreement.
No Visa Required for Diplomatic, Special, or Service Passport Holders
Holders of diplomatic, special, or service passports from the following countries can also visit Turkey visa-free:

Visa Required for Entry
For citizens of certain countries, a visa is required to enter Turkey. In many cases, visas can be obtained upon arrival at the border. Key details include:
Visits of up to 3 months
Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.
Visits of up to 1 month
Countries include: Armenia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Jordan, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine.
Visits of up to 15 days
Countries include: Albania, Georgia, Guatemala.
Important Notes
- UK and Irish Passports: As of now, UK and Irish citizens no longer need to purchase a visa before entering Turkey. However, the 90/180 day rule still applies.
