If you are like many and are waiting for your residence permit to arrive, please keep tracking it. Many People have seen their application has been approved and is at the printing stage. However, there are people who try to track their application and when 90 days have expired are not able to see their application and therefore cannot track it.
One friend of mine was in this position, he persisted and tracked it every day. when suddenly he could see his application again with the barcode and was also able to track the PTT service until it arrived in Kusadasi.
There does appear to be a backlog and when we used to get an appointment within two days in Kusadasi, some people are waiting for about 10 days.
This is not too bad when you consider it can take 1-2 months to get an appointment in Istanbul.
